As Senior Vice President of Partner Development, Ed is zealous about representing solutions that have a major impact on the profitability of Effex's client partners by leveraging its one of a kind approach for large volume contingent workforce management in the manufacturing industry. The unique approach has resulted in 100% client retention over the 14 years of the company’s existence.

Prior to joining Effex, Ed developed a 30-year record of successfully developing business relationships on a national basis in the systems & network integration, 3PL, contact center solutions, and marketing services markets.

Ed is a four-time Boston Marathon and two-time NYCM runner, rides centuries, plays tennis and enjoys spending time with his two daughters.
