Tara Jones is the VP of Operations for Effex Management Solutions, a 2014 Inc. 5000 List member, providing contingent workforce staffing solutions for manufacturers across the United States. Tara is primarily responsible for ensuring that Effex consistently delivers when it comes to operation and resource management excellence, in order to achieve and secure due distinction for its partners.

Tremendous energy, savvy operational efficiency, and uncanny leadership skills are among many reasons why Tara Jones is essential to Effex’s team of dynamic staffing executives. A natural go-getter, Tara sets target goals for Effex partner clients and implements robust strategies to forecast needs, attain and sustain success.

Tara’s impressive resumè boasts previous executive experience with Fortune 100 companies, including working as VP of Client Fulfillment for Bank of America in Dallas, TX. She has a multi-faceted background in sales, recruiting, operations, project management, training & leadership, which has provided the business acumen critical to strategic planning for Effex customers.

Tara’s outstanding work ethic and strategic cunning has not gone unnoticed; she is a recipient of several prestigious recognitions for Sales and Outstanding Service. Tara had also previously served in the United States Marine Corps where she earned two Meritorious Masts and a National Defense Medal.
